On the reverse side, it has a streaky appearance, there's raised up blobs and a line that goes all the way across the coin in the center. I can't quite tell if it's a scratch or a crack. Maybe some doubling? On the date the 5 looks kinda smeared

Maybe lamination, struck thru or damage. Can't really tell.
