So I am going to send these in. Should I use NGC or PCGS or ICG and why. Someone who has a lot of experience with grading companies.

Do you think they will get a PL, what do you think they will grade

I see 6 pics of the 1879 and 2 pics of the 1889. Please clarify, and start over with one coin per thread to keep responses clear.

The 1879 looks like it could be a bit proof-like. Don't know about the 1889 though. I recommend NGC as they have the best price for their service and the best slab design in my opinion. To me, from what I can see from the photos the 1879 looks about MS-63 and the 1889 MS-64. But I could see both getting 63.
