Not sure which one at this point. Anyway, I can see asking more than the TPG value in order to elicit bids that come closer to that value. I can't see asking 36 times the market value. If they're that far out, I don't see much point in making an offer that's closer to market. It's obviously not what they want. Report this Post to the Staff
