You need to find a buyer who needs to invest $2,100, and to take a hit on devaluation that will result from inflation over the long term. Finding such a buyer may be a very hard thing to do.
I would guess a total notaphilic premium over the 21 notes to be $100.
That works out to be $4.76 per note.
Would have been better, if they had been $1 notes.
