It is particularly interesting to see historical buildings that are represented in german/austrian city state scenes still standing in their original historical context. This 1781 taler from Eichstatt was interesting because it took a slightly different cityview approach with its aerial 3D view. Just click on the world coin archives and type in 'city view' and hundreds of examples from auctions over the last 8 years are searchable.
