This is a decent 59 in an acceptable grade.
I have been wondering for a while about the toning.
But I have seen some exotic certified stuff which apparently was NT.
what grade could I expect, and would ICCS or CCcS mention the toning?

My guess would be someone cleaned in with soap and water, but only used their thumb and not an abrasive material. So imo it's unnatural, but that doesn't mean it will details grade.
