It is a coin from Turkey. It is dated 1203 (= 1789), accession year of Sultan Selim III. I do not see the regnal year. The coin is of base silver. Reference KM# 507

For attributions, it's more helpful to report the diameter in mm rather than show it next to another coin.

@ Seeker55, I understand completely and if it were in my possession I would provide measurements (diameter, weight, ect). However, in this case, I was sent pictures of hundreds of coins from a European dealer I do business with. He doesn't typically do measurements unless it is fairly rare/valuable, and I didn't want to have him thinking I am interested enough in the coin to buy it... FWIW he thought it was Pakistani or something (which shows you how little he knows regarding ME coinage - though I am in the same boat).

@ Eligius, Thanks for identifying the coin for me. Really appreciate it!

The coin is an Ottoman Yuzluk and should be around 45 mm in diameter.

The regnal year is on the first picture left side third row from top and I believe is 15.

@ willieboyd2

Thanks for the extra bit of information regarding the size and regnal year, I honestly couldn't make heads or tails of it myself. I have never collected Turkish or ME coins before. Excluding some Saudi Arabia gold 1370/1950 Guinea coins I picked up for cheap years back.
