Hello, I'm trying to identify some of my coins and any idea is very welcome. Thank you for your help!

1. Diameter 15mm, Weight 4.0gr
It looks like a helmeted Athena on the obverse
At the reverse I see a bird, maybe Eagle, the style it reminds me some Istros coins but I couldn't find a similar sample, I can read clear an Σ on top

maybe Zeus standing? some Seleukid?
