does anyone know what this is compared to the regular silver proof set?

The silver proof set contains all the annual coins, but with the dime, quarters and half dollar in silver. The limited edition set is all the silver coins of the year, with a silver eagle instead of a cent, nickel, and NA dollar.

Most of the cost is in the fancy packaging. I have the 2019 one that was given as a gift for my son's birth. Just buy a silver proof set and ASE-S and you have what's in the LESPS.
