Both of these half dollars are still in the original plastic packaging proof sets. Can you tell from these two pics if there is doubling?

I have inherited proof sets (from 1960, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65). This is my first experience with proof sets. It seems like several coins have doubled die ... I read that proof sets are double struck. Would that be the reason for the different layers on the numbers and letters? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have. I have spent three weeks watching countless videos & reading various articles & books. I am a newbie. I inherited lots of coins from all over the world. Still learning & growing. Thanks for your help! I recognize the obvious doubled die coins but still struggling to recognize the less obvious ones. I will keep on keeping on &
