Very nice coin, I don't see any wear, so I would grade it at least MS-62.

A European coin should be graded by European standards.

These are expected to have color after almost 150 years, so that likely will not detract from the grade. The few examples research reveals to me indicate this one has a good strike. Let's call it a good Brilliant Uncirculated, the rough equivalent of MS64.

Note: the obverse looks like it has rub, but the reverse does not so I choose to believe it's strike.
