1954 Modified portrait, print run of 80,000,000 looks ef-au trends for 4-6$..has at least one center fold that I can see.

As a rule of thumb, I think most banknotes are VF - There are 4 grades - 20-35
How many folds does it have? Is the embossing evident on the note (look for raised serial numbers)
