Why don't you have it slabbed and sell it via a reputable auction house (HA, GC, SB)? I believe the fees of some of these auction houses are in line with what ebay charges anyway. And you might get more interest from "serious" collectors who are willing to spend $$$ on a variety.

Thought about sending it to Heritage Auctions but from everything I read on line, they take quite a bit.

I hear Great Collections will send it off to be slabbed (and charge the fee of course). One has reduced fees for coins over a certain value as well but I can't remember if it's the sellers or buyers fees. This is a good way to reduce costs and get sellers to show up and buy.

Great Collections charges lower fees than Heritage. About 0 - 5% for a listing and reduced fees for slabbing. And of course they handle everything for you in contrast to ebay where YOU have to do everything.
