Obverse: mans portrait with big nose right/ part of a legend. It looks like there are only IIII's Reverse: Godess with bow? Diameter: 19mm and 3mm thick
Alexandria Tetradrachm. Match the image at the second link below to the Roman emperor. Goddess is Eirene and an L A so probably this coin in my opinion. (I did this quick so I could be wrong about exact coin.)
