Franklin Mint Coin (Undated) Provenance

The only info I have about when is a notation on the envelope that he bought it at the Franklin Mint in 1970. I've seen numerous coins on the internet with the same obv and rev, but no date. The coin is 1.5 inches in diameter, a little thicker than 1/16 of an inch, and weighs 0.425 oz. It is bright shiny gold color. Does anyone know anything about it? Thanks. They are pretty close.
