Those are nice Gutkowski. Pulled me a 1919D this week plus 15 other Wheaties from 171 rolls, wasn't much of a haul for all that work.

I would have to take that pair of 28s and look for die markers. How cool if they came from the same die.

Great find

My daughter in law works at Taco Bell. She's been getting interested in finding stuff. I've been coaching.

"All wheat cents" she's brought home 4 so far.
"Anything with an S on it" Same day she brings me a 1972S Red :0
Next day she asks "What was the copper cut off date again?" "1981" "Well, here's a 1959" :)

Maybe I should mention DDO's :) "Anything that looks blurry".

Posted this on the main forum, also, but want to make sure my roll searching friends give their thoughts. This is not exactly roll searching but bag searching comes close, doesn't it?

Just picked up a mint bag of UNC 1981-P LMC.

Cool-Lincoln-Roll-Finds-From-Bank-Rolls----Post-Yours!

Is it better leave them as a bag? Not sure what to do.

That sure is a lot of copper! 1981 that's lucky. Just before they switched to zinc. If I were you I would keep it bagged up like it is. I'm sure it will fetch a nice premium in the not-so-distant future.
