Ricardocody,I wouldn't call that a double die but cannot tell you exactly what it is....start a new thread in the error forum and some of the error experts will tell us.

I think it is certainly Machine Doubling.

Here is the rotated capped die Lincoln found by another forum member. These are extremely rare errors.

Since I live in Dallas, TX, I was wondering why I sometimes get Canadian cents in bank rolls of cents. I've gotten maybe 20 or more looking through a few hundred bank cent rolls. Do you think there are some Canadians that live close by that just happen to get rid of their homeland cents since they are the same size as Lincoln's? I got a shiny new 2006 Canadian cent in one roll that may be close to AU/BU. If people in NY have a hard time getting "S" mint Lincolns, then why am I getting a good amount of Canadians?

I always find more canadian cents in my searches than I do with those elusive S mints. I save both!

I am finding about 1-2 S mints per 5 rolls up here in Alaska but very few Philadelphias...
last 3 S mint coins I found were 73,71 and a 70 yay all in two rolls.
I only have the time to search 2-3 rolls a day because I am going to college full time and working full time as well....

I've been taking a break from searching pennies for a while, just doing nickels. Well I finally decided to search the Brink's box I had sitting here since before Christmas.

Along with 34 wheats, the oldest being a '18.



And a lot of copper Canadians, including a '51. Starting off the new year with a good box...
