I have been lookng at Linclolns lately and I find it very slow going. First I never find anything good. It takes me forever to look through coins becasue I look for so many things, I use the cherry picker guide.
Do you have a system to go through pennies that you can share that might help me to look through coins quicker and more thorough? I gound 4 huge jars of cents at my Dad's tha ti now have to go through. You can email me privately if you wish. Thanks in advance.

If a Wide AM is a WAM, is a Close AM a CLAM?

i use a Ryedale to sort Zinc from Copper

i then search the coppers for varieties ie... Cherry Pickers Guide

and I only sort out the 92, 98,99 and 2000's to look for CAM and WAM's.....i use to look at 83, 84, 94 and the 95's but took more time than I wanted to so refocused my searches for what I look for now

i hope this helps and Happy Hunting

Here is the 1949D lamination peel I pulled a couple months ago. Besides the 1892 IHC the only thing of note I have found.

There was once some contention about using the term CAM since it typically means CAMEO. We started using ClAM for awhile but CAM has taken off in the past few months so it's the generally accepted term.

AFAIK, I was the first person to use the term CAM to describe the Close AM. Anyone want to tell me differently? I'm all ears.

Nice the coins in good shape too. Every Wide AM I found so far were not in that great of shape. I never found a 1999 yet but a few 1998 and 2000s.
