Quote: I always wonder how 40 to 50 year old cents make it into circulation looking that nice. Old hoards recently dumped back into circulation. I love when people do that!

Pulled my first Indian Head from an otherwise unremarkable CWR today - a 1907 P. Condition is some variation of G. There is a pretty big rim ding and some corrosion on the face of the obverse, but I will take it. Will try and post a picture later.

Nice find on the VDB! Amazing you could pluck one out of a circ bag like that.

At one of the banks I dumped at today, one of the tellers saved for me 18 steel cents and a taped-up $1 silver certificate that were bought in by a customer.

If this is a real clipped plachet and not PMD then it will be my first. PMD or clipped?

my little brother (10 years old) got 2 boxes yesterday. He is only like 20 rolls in and he already got a 1919. He got hooked when he was helping me sort and got an indian head.

Two boxes over the last couple days. Two wheat hole fillers for me 1935S and 1933. About 22% copper and my second 1998 WAM. The WAM isn't as nice as my first one, but not a junker either

OMG! I was sorting that east coast batch and got a 1988 RDV-006! AU, with a lot of luster left!

pennyman, is that the one where the "G" in "F.G." is the "G" from a 1989? If so, and if you can, post pics, I still have a hard time seeing the difference when looking for that one.

I searched 2 boxes over the weekend.
Only notable find was a beat up 1920 that was staring at me from the end of the roll.
Aside from that, just the usual few common wheats, canadians, a couple BU zincs and coppers. That's all.
