Did my second box this year tonight and came up with a dozen wheats again, like 1/4 of the box was copper and pulled out a 59 that just ... looks too good. I tried to take pictures but none of them turned out right. It looks as though the mint just put it out yesterday, not a scratch on it at all and absolutely perfect color. Not sure if it was cleaned or what but I cant even find newer pennies that look this good haha

3 Kennedy counterstamps in my last 3 boxes, 1 of the first type and 2 of the second. In addition to the more cartoonish look of the second I also noticed that they have more damage behind Kennedy on the reverse and that the glue spot is larger but the glue used is no longer there.

Most of those (the infamous "Kennedy looks at Lincoln") were punched, some were engraved. They sold on a card with unusual facts about the two, for $0.50-1.00.

We have them with Lincoln smoking a pipe, cigar, saying "four score and", etc.

with BadThad and JBuck No such thing as a bad Indian (I have posted that before). I have found at least 10 over the last year and about 7 were this shape or worse. This one is 1886.

Both types of Kennedy that I have found appear to be punched, but the cartoon like one damaged the back further, it is the 2nd:

On another note, are die cracks like these as common as they seem to me? and are they mostly common on 1983s?

Got a near-slick 1910 wheatie along with 8 other wheats from the '40s-'50s in my $25 box tonight. Also got 9 Canadian cents, including a '45 George VI and a '67 dove.
