I found 15 wheat pennies in my latest box including ones from 1909, 1910, 1916, & 1918. I found this 1910 and was quite surprised. The 1909 was right underneath it. It's in pretty good shape, but has some junk on it. I'll post better images later in the grading forum.  |

bishftl: where can you even buy a mint sealed bag of wheats?
I'm guessing the coins are in a mint back but it wasn't sealed by the mint.

You should see all the AU-BU coins I pulled today, Wowie beautiful,looked untouched ranging from 70s,80s,90s,etc fillin them tubes :)

Mint bags of the era are usually sewn shut and are stenciled with the year and mint.
