Just found my first 1909 VDB from a $50 bank bag. Hard to believe someone tossed that one in a coin counter.   |

I tried last night to take photos, took around 25 but just was not able to get my camera to focus in that close. I do not know what else to do but buy a new camera and to be honest I never take pictures of anything else to justify spending the money on a new camera. I will try and take a few pics through a loop tonight and see if that helps me get a better pic. |

I don't have a nice camera either, I just use my phone. You just have to get used to whatever you are using. At first my phone took horrible pictures, but I got used to the perfect distance to take decent pics.

Nice finds everyone! Yeah I figured the same. Looks most like it would be a 1909 or 1919. Don't think it would be a 1909 either, because it looks like there was a mint mark and I doubt I found a wild 1909 s. So I'm thinking 1919. |

could it be 1915 ? appears that the second tail is at a different angle. hard to tell
