Quote: My two best finds from the last two boxes of Lincoln cents were George VIs from 1943 and 1947. Into the coin folder they go! Nice finds!

I have gone through about three boxes of cents in the past couple of weeks, and finally have time to post some quick photos (tough to prioritize posting over hunting, haha!) Nothing earth shattering, but definitely a lot of fun! I know that seeing photos of finds motivates me, so hopefully these help someone out Found the following in this box: LWC 1940 1951-D 1957-D x2 1958-D x2 2009 Series: 2009 (Presidency) 2009-D x4 (Presidency x2, Early Life x1, and Formative Years x1) Canadian: 1965, 1975, 2004 I think that I may have to start a Canadian folder too!

I hope I'm doing this right, I found this pretty looking 1972 penny that caught my eye in a roll of pennies I bought and just wanted to share.

How would you suggest a socially awkward kid go about obtaining a box of pennies? They don't seem to like it if I ask for 4 rolls, let alone 50.

Here are the main results of my last box: 1953 Canadian SF (hole-filler!), a 1958-D with a bit of red left, 1918-P, 1949-S, and 1953-S.

Hole-filler 1911! The best coin in today's box of MWRs, which had 2 dimes in addition to 15 late-date LWCs.
