I searched $10 in pennies and found 3 Canadians and 6 Wheaties 37D, 41, 46D, 53D, 56 and this poor thing from 1919. I tossed it out initially but had a change of heart.

Lionel - how does the reverse of the 1919 look? It's possible that you have an error coin there (planchet error). You might be pleased you did have a change of heart.

Quote: I found three rolls with wheat ends. All in all I found ten wheat's That is an odd proportion to roll-enders to total wheat cents! I would have expected a larger total with such an auspicious preview through the ends. Nice coins. I like the commemorative Canadian cents. Quote:i got a box of dimes last week opened it up and it had a Wheat penny on the end of the roll.whats the odds on that That's fun! Was it a bonus, or did it substitute for a dime? I did my first box in a while and had 14 LWCs. The most interesting were 1925-P, 1936-P, and a 1957 Canadian cent.
