A friend of mine found this metal detecting and I'm thinking it's Spanish. The reverse is corroded beyond any recognition but I'm hoping you guys can confirm what kind of coin it is, where it is from, any information. Thank you!

replica spanish cob....these show up quite often, made of pot metal and sold in tourist shops on the treasure coast
you can tell your friend to keep searching...the real treasure is still out there waiting to be found!
