2017 P Penny looks good with the naked eye.
Even under the magnifying glass it still looks good, however when the picture is taken I see these white spots.
What grade could it get?

I need better pics in order to determine a better grade, but judging from these photos, I'll say MS-63

PCGS HAS A PRICE GUIDE of MS68 @$375 with a POP of 36 graded. It would have to grade MS68 or MS68+ to be worth grading. "That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it!"
