tdziemia Pillar of the Community United States 7940 Posts	Posted 11/28/2020 8:18 pm Well, looks like there is 1306 below the bust, and 1304 to the left ... so the question is which calendar system, whether it is commemorating something form the earlier date, etc. Size and weight is always helpful, too. sel_69l Bedrock of the Community Australia 21786 Posts	Posted 11/28/2020 8:24 pm The date shown on the coin, appears on obverse, on left side, next to the border, behind the head, is the accession date, which is 1304, = 1925. Note that Reza Shah's accession date is different to the Hejira date. Cannot say what the denomination is, because the weight and diameter not given. Could be KM#1104 2000 dinars 9.21 grams, or KM#1106 5000 Dinars 23.03 grams.
