I'm just guessing from not seeing any pictures, but I'm thinking anywhere from $9 to $17, depending on condition.
Jack that price up if it's actually a PROOF Franklin.
Rest in Peace

It's worth at least silver melt value, which is around $9 currently.

The Franklin half is one of those love hate relationship coins. The market has been steadily rising on modern coinage, the Franklin falling into that category. Although fuzzy in the image, I still put it the lower half of the mint state grades. Translation, $10-$15. Throw in what's referred to, and prized, as full bell lines FBL) and the price climbs. Those lines must be clear and uninterrupted (no nicks, touching, ect.). Determining them is extremely difficult and best left to the third party graders. A nice starter specimen none the less!
