coinsincanada lists the 2020 quarter ms65 much higher than previous years... any idea why that is?

No it doesn't.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

They are more difficult to find so rarer so pricier, and the 2020 might be scarcer(a covid thing) in spare change.

Take those values with a grain of salt.
It's too early to rely on any 2020 price guides yet.
The presses could be spitting out MS66's this very minute.
Their estimate is based on the sale of 4 coins, we have no idea yet how many 66's will be certified.
Sellers are listing them at those high prices on ebay but none have sold in over three months.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

The price of coinsandcanada is mainly based on ebay sales of certified coins.
