Laminations are quite rare in aluminum coinages.
Fairly soft metal - doesn't require much rolling to achieve specified blank thicknesses.
Aluminum is quite reactive and a lamination would very soon split off.

May? be impact damage, but my 'gut' feeling says: 'no'.

I think that in this case, a Struck Through Grease or debris fault is more likely.

Radial mint luster flow lines are the norm with this series.

Ok, but Irl it looks suspiciously like a Lam, it has a line across the coin that looks like delamination to me, but it's possible it's debris.
