I work at a gas station so I go thru tons of coins. Our new coins come in Loomis rolls and this one as well I found a couple more not as extreme. Brand new out of the roll like this. I tried looking this year up but I havnt found any others. Any thoughts? Are they collectable? Any premium?

Just stained. No premium, in fact, if there was a way to decrease it from it's face value, it would be worth 9 cents.

Not sure it's staining, ill have to get better pics of it and the other few I got. It looks like blue toning from other examples I've seen on other coins. It came from a bank box of new 2019 rolls and the whole rolls weren't like this.

"Something" was wiped off the coin, and once removed, what you have is the result. It's not a chemical reaction, it's a paint or ink that was then removed. Not a mint error, just post mint damage. There is nothing in the minting process that would result in a coin looking like yours.
