Hello Everyone-Please tell me what you think of this Mint stamp O that looks like a backwards C is in the middle. I'm probably wrong but worth a shot. It does have some nice Toning! As always thanks so much for all the help.-Regards

Based on the mint mark location I would guess it has to be a VAM-21. There is no mention of an anomaly in the mint mark so what you have is something that occurred post mint or possibly a planchet defect.
