I think this is a reverse with Zeus but can't seem to find the exact reverse? (Many similar though)

Oddball coin with the flattened areas and patches/spots across some parts of the surface. I would guess Mesembria/Mesambria. Appears to be a helmet and monogram (ligate XP?) under the arm of that beefed up Zeus. I don't recognize the monogram.
