I ask cuz my eyes do no justice, Looks like it could be a planchet alloy error due to the lines, but the Strike-Through almost look like polisher induced. I also notice a weak strike on the O and M on the reverse and Weak jacket by the date. weight is 3.12g
Thx guyz in advance.

Maybe polished at a previous time and now starting to re-tone?

yeah not sure either Rothery lol, the pitting in the areas that looked like maybe polish marks are throwing me.and the lines match of toning.

Looks cleaned to me (I'd trust T-BOP's eye on this one). The O in one may be flattened by a hit (only guessing now). Nice improper alloy mix (woodie).

Looks like a cleaning experiment to me. I can see polishing or buffing like surfaces on the high points.

I go through wheat bags and I see many with that weak NW corner of the "O" in the One. I'm not sure, but I think it might be a strike issue.

Certainly looks like Struck Through Grease on both fields east and west of the neck and even some on the reverse next to the T (CENT).
The O (ONE) is opposite the shoulder which, because of the depth of the shoulder on the die, can affect/limit metal flow into the "O".
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
