Grease-Filled-Die-Or-Post-Mint-Damage?

1972 d Lincoln Penny. I'm not sure if this would be damaged or possibly an error. I'm fairly new to collecting. Any insight is appreciated.

It is tough to tell for sure without better pics, but I think it looks damaged.

Notice how the rim rolls over and on top of the devices in Trust. That can only happen after the coin was struck and left the mint. Sorry but a damaged coin. PSD/ PMD
