Hello everyone! I'm new the coin searching / collecting scene and forums in general lol but, with the extra time I have on my hands now I figured searching through hundreds if not thousands of coins was a good way to pass it. I'm just now starting to really "get into it" and learn all of the new "lingo" that goes along with it. I'm really into history and try collecting the older coins that usually coincide with those older eras. I joined today because I have a 1945 s Wheat penny that I think has a error in the O on the reverse ONE it appeared to be cracked or misprinted. Once I can navigate to the right place to post it I'd love your guys' opinions! Thanks
& I must say you're lucky you have so many coins to keep you occupied. A lot of collectors here would envy your opportunity to search so much change.
I'm no coin collector but from the sounds of your 1945 s Wheat penny I think you may want to check out the following thread: http://goccf.com/f/5 for more info & to post enquiries.
Hope that helps you get on your way & remember to upload clear cropped photos/images of the coin in question.
