Still tracking the album I ordered December 14th. Tracking indicated it was 60 miles from me (Southern Maine distribution center) on the 24th, but on the 28th it was back in District Heights MD. Back where it was on the 16th! Maybe it will arrive before spring

Could you have picked it up at the Maine distribution center? Edit to add: Europe is definitely faster. I send a birthday card to a family member and she got it a week after.

A week since I posted this and still stuck in Maryland. Which makes it one month in total. Jeesh, what? No one working at all at the District Heights center? COVID somehow doesn't explain it.

I had a comic book pass through the same sorting facility (District Heights, MD) and it got stuck there for about 10 days and just arrived yesterday.
Not sure why it went from Frederick, MD to FL and back to MD though.

Quote: It definitely doesn't help if USPS decommissioned 711 sorting machines and everything has to be done by hand.

Update - the album I ordered on December 14th arrived today! Since I ordered a replacement that arrived Thursday, I'll make one an Uncirculated album and the other Circulated ( Jefferson nickels). Should keep me busy for a while.

Looks like the issues with USPS are slowly getting resolved. I suddenly got a batch of coins delivered within 7 days, even from California.
