So I am very new to coin collecting but I have stumbled upon this quarter. It seams to have a circle mark similar to the salt river bay side that seems to be the same distance from the quarters edge towards the middle on the head side I'm not sure what to make of it any thoughts?

It is called the Ring of Death, happened when it was put into a coin rolling machine ad scraped by the crimper, just PMD
