Might be. Janiform head obverse. Reverse might be the rear ends of two centaurs - or perhaps horses (maybe being ridden by the Dioscuri)...so maybe an imitation of a Macedon
issue that had the such imagery (in much superior style). Along these lines, although this one is of worse style:
