I have a almost complete, except for one, PF70 silver Statehood Quarter collection all in NGC holders.

I am looking to buy the 1999 Delaware to complete but I am finding that the PCGS Pr70 coin is a couple of hundred $ cheaper than the NGC certified.

In my experience this is kinda backwards, usually the NGC being less expensive than the PCGS.

Anybody care to guess if a PCGS coin will crossover?

Or is there a reason for this?

Assuming this is still accurate from 2019: https://www.NGCcoin.com/news/article/1335/

They'll crossover and let you list a minimum grade before breaking it out of the holder and placing it in an NGC holder. If it grades at that min level, you're charged a grading fee. If not, they charge $10. Any other grading service, they won't grade unless they can crack it out of the holder with you signing a waiver.

Ok I did it.

I Sent the 1999-S 25c Delaware silver PCGS PR70DCAM to NGC for crossover.

It is the final coin to complete the 50 state NGC Pf70 run I started so long ago..
