This is a Stage D example, and even with the best of images it's still hard to see. But if you want to complete the set of all three RPMs from 1938-S then somehow you've got to find one of these critters. I cherrypicked this one for $7.50 last week or so and it finally arrived. I would agree that they don't seem as prevalent as RPMs 1 & 2 but, they are out there. In the last several months I have been tracking at least a half-dozen of these on ebay [such as the one below]. Unfortunately, none were under $10 from what I remember. This seller has decent pics had and a few of the 003s. I have about a half-dozen varieties that should have arrived on the 15th and all the Post Office can say is 'they are still in transit'. P.S. That was good of you to give away that nice 39S #2.
