Anyone know what these circles are on this Silver Eagle in the rays? It is on all of the ones in this roll. I can't find anything where I had posted this before but sorry if I did.

it is something to do with the wash they hit the coins with, not properly rinsed..

The US Mint has rinsing issues, for sure.

Thanks much. I guess I don't understand the rinsing process since there is clear metal damage in the two close ups that look like imprint or strike damage of some type. Hard to be post strike since the rays run thru it. I will see what I can find on the process.
