1982 Mint Mark Error?---D/D/S?

Sorry for the bad picture it taken from a phone, but I hope it's good enough to get the information needed.
1982-Mint-Mark-Error?---D/D/S? I know there's a lot of d/deterioration and post mint damage but what I'm looking at are figures around the mint mark that are protruded.

Terrible photo. We need overall photos of both sides and in focus SHARP close up are the area in question. Practice, practice practice.

From the little I can see, there is zinc rot eating away at this coin. Most likely a split plating issue, exposing the zinc core to allow the zinc rot to set in.

@merxloverIt has a lot of environmental damage as well. I was thinking along the same thing but I didn't know exactly what it could be thank you!

to CCF. OMM's stopped in 1956 so it is not one. Your coin does look like environmental damage and zinc rot setting in.
