This looks like the one on the NGC errors and varieties site but with my bad eye on doubling I have to ask you pros. Thanks

VP-004 = DDO-001/WDDO-001/1DO-001

Your coin has the die chip, but not the doubling. However, your coin is still worth keeping since it is a repunched mint mark (RPM). I believe your coin is RPM-017, but I am not sure since I can't match any markers except for the die chip in the B of LIBERTY and a small and blurry one below the mint mark.

If you take better photos of the obverse I can tell you for sure if it is RPM-017 or not. If it's not then it is at least 100% a different RPM.
