On the rim of this 1983 D Quarter there is a S on it, an the rim smooth. I was wounding if this was anything special, I never seen anything like it.. Also on the reverse, left of the claw of eagle looks to be something there, maybe 83, one wing of the eagle looks wider then the other too.. I was curious what the community thought, thank you!!
