Might be but something looks a little off.

Can you provide some images of the die markers. Like the lower field area between GOD WE?
Or inside the upper part of the R (AMERICA).

I don't have the best microscope but I tried to get them the best I could. I am definitely seeing the marker in the R and also partly by the d. The coin is also a bit dirty do that doesn't help.

You might want to do something to that green spot of verdi on his lapel. It'll only get worse if left alone. Verdi-Care should help it.
