1970 D DDO On 7, Or Not--If Yes, I Can't Attribute, New Or Nothing?

The year and Mint are known for a bar above the 7 and 0 but this one appears to be to the right of the top of the 7, as if its a new upper right angle, also does the 0 have doubling on the SE, or is this just a die gouge?

Early 1970's Lincolns did have some issues with abrasion doubling, something I've never really researched so can't be very helpful. But that looks like wheat I've seen called abrasion doubling in the past, just never saw it in that location.
