1970 S Small Date Mis-Struck Penny!

Not only a small date, but also mis-struck as you can tell by Abe's position on the coin as well as the rim crack on the left side of the obverse of the coin. I feel like there is a different name for that but I'm drawing a blank. Report this Post to the Staff

The upper end of the loop of the 9 points towards the top of the MM on Large dates. With small dates it has a sharper curve and points more towards the 7.
