Please let me know if this is a 1951 5 Cent high Relief and its Grading! I'm Praying its High relief its a bit hard to tell.It does not have Chrome on it-Thanks so much as always--Id be lost without you all!

The High Relief was not on the 1951 commemorative.
It appears only on the business strike with the beaver on the reverse.

Also, that is a chromed coin - you can see some oxidation of the underlying steel on the exposed portions at the top of the reverse.

This is a pure nickel normal 1951 Commemorative .

It is the business strikes that are chromium plated.
The commemorative as Pacificoin stated is 100% Nickel.
