the photos are not the best but the coin has a golden tone to it. Dont think its FS due to the couple nicks near the bottom step. it came it was in an old littlton sealed holder. I dont think it was circulated the luster is still full but the photos dont show that. not sure how the rims got scratched out

If the obv is like the rev, I'd say MS63.

I don't mind small hits on the steps, since steps are a measure of strike quality, and hits don't change the strike.

better photo of obverse this is more representative of the gold toning on the obverse
